Since our founding in 2018 in the City of Utrecht in The Netherlands, DHC Offshore began with a simple but powerful idea. Outsourcing should go beyond efficiency and cost savings. From our home base in the Netherlands, we set out to create partnerships that feel personal, transparent, and socially responsible. Jay Gobardhan (Founder) went to Surinam and build an office from scratch where as for now we can facilitate 120 seats and have room for to expansion. With our office in Suriname and a growing global network of agents, we have built a model that not only supports businesses but also creates real opportunities for people.
Our journey is about connection and growth. By combining professional customer service and backoffice solutions with a strong social mission, we have shown that outsourcing can make a positive impact for companies, employees, and society as a whole.
