These terms apply to the use of the website and the services of DHC Offshore N.V., Derde Rijweg 17, Wanica, Suriname (Chamber of Commerce (KKF) number to follow).

2. Use of the website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you prefer not to, please do not use the website.

3. Our services

DHC Offshore provides AI chat (WhatsApp and website), AI Voice, AI automation and merging of systems. The content, scope and price of a service are set out in a quote or written agreement. The examples and demos on this website are illustrations with fictional data.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and payment terms are in the quote or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes. AI services are billed based on usage, unless agreed otherwise. Savings mentioned are indications and not a guarantee.

5. Your data and processing

If we process personal data on your behalf, we put the agreements in a data processing agreement. See also our privacy policy and the Security page.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to our software, texts, designs and materials remain with DHC Offshore or its licensors. Without written permission you may not copy, distribute or modify them. Your own data and content remain yours.

7. Liability

DHC Offshore is not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage or lost profit. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned in the last twelve months, to the extent the law allows. AI systems can give incorrect answers; we take reasonable measures to limit that, including human supervision and handover to a staff member.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms and our services are governed by the law of Suriname, unless an agreement states otherwise. We submit disputes to the competent court in Suriname.
